All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days after placing the order, excluding holidays.

If you don't receive the shipping notification email within 3 working days after placing the order, please check your "Spam" folder.

Transportation Services:

Our transportation services may vary depending on the carrier's location and factors like weather and parcel volume. 

Estimated Delivery Time:

·EMS Express: Estimated delivery time is 10-15 days. Please note that delivery times are provided by the courier company, and we won't compensate for delays. If you have any shipping-related questions, please contact us. 

Logistics Information:

After successful delivery, we will send the logistics order number to your email address. You can track your shipment here. 

Shipping Cost:

We offer free delivery to your location. Please note that delivery services are only available in the listed countries and regions. 

Duties and Taxes:

Please be aware that local charges such as sales tax, duties, customs fees, and brokerage fees may apply depending on your region, state, or country. These fees are the customer's responsibility. 

Unforeseen Situations and Delays:

While we strive to process orders promptly, unforeseen situations or delays can occur. We are not responsible for the following situations: 

·Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability or no one to sign.

·"Return to sender" situations due to delivery failures.

·Delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

·Delays caused by customs or unexpected postal delays, including local postal backlogs or strikes.

·Cases where the carrier's website indicates that the delivered item is lost or stolen. 

Return to Sender:

If your package is marked as "return to sender" and cannot be delivered, please contact our customer service email. 

Shipping Disclaimer:

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. It's the customer's responsibility to track the shipment using the provided tracking information and contact the courier for updates. We can only provide a replacement or refund if the item is successfully returned or confirmed as a return item. For more details, please refer to our return page.
