Return and Refund Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchases. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, whether due to a change of mind or an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective.

If you receive a defective item, you are entitled to either a replacement product or a full refund, including shipping and return postage.

Should you change your mind about an item, you have the right to receive a full refund, excluding shipping and return postage.

You must return the item in its original condition, along with its original packaging and tags. We always recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as we will not assume any responsibility for lost return items during transit.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund or arrange for a replacement. Refunds will be processed using the same payment details used when purchasing the item. Please allow up to 14 days for the return process to be completed.
